About Tunings
Tunings is a browser-based music tool operated by Yro LLC. These terms apply to tunings.io and its app. By using Tunings, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to Tunings support.
Your account
Google sign-in creates or accesses your Tunings account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity you authorize through it. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be able to enter into these terms or have the involvement of a parent or guardian who can do so.
Our Privacy Policy describes how account information and saved work are handled.
Tunings Pro
Tunings Pro costs $19.99 USD per month plus applicable tax and includes the app, REST API, and MCP tools. API and MCP access begins after payment and remains available while the subscription is paid and active, subject to the published request limits. Pro does not include a free trial. Existing members can upgrade their current subscription; Stripe shows the prorated charge before confirmation. Upgrading replaces the Early Access price. Cancellation takes effect at the date shown in billing.
Early-access membership
When offered at checkout, Tunings Early Access costs $9.99 USD per month plus applicable tax. It includes access to the whole app and all future app features at that early price while you remain continuously subscribed, plus priority consideration for product feedback. The early-access price promise applies to the subscription price before tax.
Future-feature access applies to features we release; it is not a promise to develop any particular feature or follow a release schedule. Early access does not purchase permanent access after a subscription ends. If you cancel and later return, the original price is not guaranteed.
Free access does not create a paid subscription or lock in a subscription price.
Advertising & paid membership
Paid subscribers receive ad-free browsing on Tunings while signed in and their paid membership remains active. Creating a free account or using a free trial alone does not qualify for this benefit. If you cancel, ad-free browsing continues until the end of your paid access period. Public reference pages may show ads to visitors without a paid subscription.
Trial & automatic renewal
Eligible new subscribers receive a seven-day free trial with a card required. After the trial, we charge your payment method $9.99 USD plus applicable tax each month unless you cancel before the trial ends. Your subscription then renews automatically each month unless canceled before renewal. Checkout shows your billing details and any applicable tax before you confirm; renewal invoices show the tax for each billing period.
The trial is limited to one per account. Returning subscribers may be charged immediately as shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments and manages payment methods. Access may be suspended when payment fails or your subscription is no longer active.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel through Billing → Manage billing and complete the portal confirmation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period; access continues until then.
There are no standard refunds after the trial, including for unused time or renewals, except where required by law. Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Contact support if you cannot access the cancellation flow or believe a charge is incorrect.
Using the app responsibly
Do not use Tunings to break the law, access another person’s account or data, evade payment or access controls, disrupt the service, or infringe others’ rights. We may restrict access to address misuse, security issues, or unpaid subscriptions, subject to applicable law.
Your work & our software
You keep ownership of the material you create or provide. You allow us to store and process it as needed to operate the features you use. You must have the rights needed for material you submit. Yro LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the app, branding, and software.
Availability & changes
Tunings is in early access. Features may change and there may be errors or interruptions. Keep copies of important work; musical suggestions and generated fingerings should be checked before you rely on them.
We may update these terms and will identify the updated date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel. Changes do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law or override the continuous-subscription early-price promise above.
