Your seven-day trial
Eligible new subscribers receive seven days free with a payment card required. After the trial, your subscription automatically renews at $9.99 USD per month plus applicable tax unless you cancel. The exact trial end and billing details are shown at checkout and in your account.
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. The offer is limited to one trial per account.
How to cancel
- Sign in and open your account and billing page.
- Select Manage billing, then choose the cancellation option in the Stripe billing portal.
- Complete the confirmation steps and check the cancellation confirmation and access end date.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You retain access through the end of your current trial or paid billing period. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid that charge.
If the portal is unavailable or you cannot sign in, contact Tunings support for cancellation help. Signing out, removing a bookmark, or clearing browser data does not cancel a subscription.
Refund policy
After the free trial, we do not offer standard refunds for subscription charges, including renewals or unused time in a billing period. Canceling does not automatically refund an existing charge or provide a prorated credit.
This policy does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights that apply under law. If you believe you were charged in error or are entitled to a refund, contact Tunings support with your account email and the date of the charge. Never include full payment card details.
Your early-access price
Your $9.99 USD monthly price before tax and access to future features continue while you remain continuously subscribed. Once your subscription ends, the same offer is not guaranteed if you return. A subscription does not provide permanent access after cancellation.
