Can’t use the form? Alternative contact

Email support@yro.dev and include “Tunings” in your subject line. This option is also available if verification fails or you cannot sign in. Tunings is operated by Yro LLC.

Account & sign-in

Use the same Google account you used when you joined Tunings. If sign-in fails, include your browser, device, and the error message in your email. Never send your password, verification codes, or sign-in tokens.

Billing & cancellation

Open your account and choose Manage billing to view invoices, update your payment method, or cancel a subscription. Complete the cancellation in the billing portal and check the confirmation and access end date.

If you cannot access billing, email us from the address associated with your Tunings account and describe the problem. Do not send your full card number or security code.

Report a bug

Tell us what you expected, what happened, and the steps to reproduce it. Include the instrument, tuning, and browser if relevant. The form accepts text; we can follow up if a screenshot would help.

For usability feedback and feature ideas, paying subscribers can use the subscriber survey and feature vote. Feedback opens after the trial. Suggestions do not promise a release date.

Privacy & account deletion

Email us to request a copy of your account data, a correction, or account deletion. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Tell us if you also want an active subscription canceled; signing out or clearing your browser does not cancel billing.

Our privacy policy explains the information we handle and the records that may need to be retained.

Report a security issue

Email us with “Tunings security” in the subject and a description of the issue. Avoid including other users’ data, credentials, or payment information.
